I like to scan once a month or a month after I’ve been super targeting on my results.

I like to focus on the item that brings the most biomarkers into the green zone and recheck in a month. If I work on more than one item, it seems to dilute the process or I don’t do it well. So I focus on one main oil/supplement/nutrition and retest to see how well I did. It’s kinda fun, actually. I like the challenge
