Not Your Average Therapist

Listen up: I’m here to blow up the traditional therapy playbook.

My journey isn’t about perfect credentials (though I’ve got ’em). It’s about real human connection. Since 2012, I’ve been the therapist who shows up – literally and figuratively. Virtual, house call, wherever you need me. I’ve walked through my own psychological minefield and came out fighting, which means I see you. Not your diagnosis. Not your label. You.

Beyond Talk Therapy: Transformative Healing Approaches

Brainspotting: Where Healing Gets Radical

Forget everything you know about sitting and talking. Brainspotting is where we actually MOVE trauma. This isn’t just therapy – it’s a full-body excavation of stuck emotional patterns. By accessing the deep brain through eye positioning, we bypass the endless mental chatter and tap directly into your body’s innate healing wisdom. It’s about processing trauma at its root, not just talking about it.

  • Deep Trauma Processing: Breakthrough where traditional talk therapy gets stuck
  • Neurobiological Healing: Directly engage your brain’s natural healing mechanisms
  • No More Circular Conversations: Cut through years of psychological dead weight

Cutting-Edge Healing Modalities

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): Breaking through treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and anxiety with innovative, compassionate care
  • Zero Judgment Zone: Whether you’re navigating queer identity, poly relationships, or just trying to survive being human – I got you
  • Specialized Skills: Perinatal mental health, Transgender support, Alternative anxiety treatments
  • Holistic Approach: From genomic testing to understanding menopause’s emotional landscape, I’m here to decode your unique psychological blueprint

Mental Health At Every Size isn’t just a motto. It’s a revolution.

Therapy isn’t pretty. It’s raw. It’s messy. And sometimes? It’s fucking beautiful.

Let’s do this.

How Can I help?
I’m queer.
Maybe you are queer.
Let’s dive in together.

I highly recommend Dr. Twosisters’ professional services to my clients. She has helped many.

I’ve been seeing dr Blythe for almost 4 years. I waited for her to come to Houston so my insurance would cover her services. Now I don’t have insurance and I pay OOP because it is full worth it. She is nonjudgmental and can relate to many different lifestyles. Most importantly, she has always said she will never give up o. Me, and she never has. I’m so grateful she took me on as her patient because she was instrumental in my journey to my freedom. Thank you dr Blythe… for being there… for showing up raw and real and being honest when you’re having your own stuff going on and saying “hey I’m here as much as I can be today” when you can’t be 100%. Also, for believing in me when I had nothing to believe in.

Dr. Blythe is empathetic, loving, and wise. She offers real connection and guidance! I love her!

Dr. Twosisters is one of the most compassionate and knowledgable clinicians you can find anywhere. Thank you for being an amazing therapist and an amazing human.

I don’t even know if I can properly articulate how much Dr. Blythe has impacted my world, my soul. There are so many moments that she held my spirit and guided me out of the darkness that seemed to envelope me. But I’ll share the most impactful and important to me. I had an unplanned pregnancy and for someone who never thought they would have children, this shook me to my core. I chose to embrace it, but that didn’t make it easy or me feel anywhere ready. I felt like I had fallen out of touch with the life I thought I was going to live. I felt rocked, like my foundation was cracking and caving in on me. When most only would ask about my excitement or downplay the emotions and even the sickness I was experiencing, Dr. Blythe held space for me to show up authentically. She created a safe haven for me to be vulnerable, scared, mad, confused, or any other emotion that most wouldn’t recognize as part of the ‘growing life inside you’ process. She helped me with essential oils for my anxiety which without I don’t know what’s my mental state would of been like. She helped me find a doula. She talked me down into a more peaceful place. Ultimately, she saved me. Not from harming myself or my baby. But she saved my spirit. She helped me be able to get through my days. And that made all the difference. As the end of my pregnancy neared I felt capable and ready for the adventure of being a Mom. I can not say enough about Dr. Blythe and the admiration I have for her and how she gives her whole heart into her work. She’s a blessing to anyone that gets to work with her. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate you so very much. 🙇💞💜

Dr. Blythe opened a new way of thinking and honoring my skills, craft, uniqueness that has allowed me to: physically enjoy my body and attain health and vigor, pursue art, let me personality shine through, and experience great joy in myself and others. It’s like she lit a fire under my ho hum existence and blew me up in a good way. She’s real and lives in the real world with the rest of us. Speaks truth. Encourages. I’m a happier healthier badass chick with her tutelage.

Sooooo, I had the distinct experience to have my first panic attack ever with Dr. Blythe that was in a real life situation that was about joy and release. I have always considered myself, as have others, to be the Rock of Gibraltor, so this was most unexpected and very scary as it all transformed. My friend, Dr. Blythe stepped right over and knew exactly what was up and immediately facilitated her love and expertise at that moment in time. I am not a patient of dear, Blyth
