I’m great at working with many communities but mostly I’ve been recognized as the funky house call therapist. I have credentials to back up my work, but most people tell me they like having a therapist that sees them for who are today and can help them create a vision and path for where they want to go and help them develop tools to become the person they have always dreamed of being.
Look, therapy is hard work, and having a therapist not judge an “alternative” lifestyle, should you have one, truly helps. The last thing you need to be worried about is my judgment of you.
I understand the struggles of personal development. I too have worked through my psychological bullshit and can appreciate the commitment from my patients. Therapy helps a bunch, but it is not always pretty. Wanna read more about my gross journey to mental healing? Check out this vulnerable interview.
What are my credentials you ask?
I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2012. I’m a trained Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder Specialist. I attended specialized training in order to help pregnant people understand and manage emotional concerns while pregnant, after pregnancy, and while trying to get pregnant. I help process loss and infertility, should that be a part of your journey – odds are high it is. As I age, I have started studying menopause and how that hormonal process can be involved in emotional changes and feel very similar to trauma.
I am a certified Brainspotting therapist. I love how this style of therapy work helps remove triggers (especially birth trauma triggers) and has helped in so many areas to facilitate healing that is felt to the core (limbic system).
I completed training in transgender/queer/ non-binary identities which have helped me support families of transitioning individuals and create open communication with an increased understanding of the process. I’m fairly fluent in poly lifestyles and understand this may be a part of your family.
I wrote my dissertation on alternative therapies for anxiety and depression and have helped many better understand their psychological challenges using alternative or complementary modalities. We have Zyto Scan technology available and can do a form of genomic testing that identifies missing supplements to match your DNA needs as well as tests for medication yays and nays. I’m also good at talking about when it’s time to consider a medication evaluation. At times, you may just need awesome mentoring when you may feel a little lost, lacking direction.
I’m an advocate for Mental Health At Every Size (MHAES), aligning with the Health At Every Size movement. I’m passionate about providing therapy access for EveryBody.
Why virtual therapy? I feel strongly about bringing therapy to those in need. In my opinion, It is not okay to deny therapy because you live remotely, can’t find childcare, can’t leave the house, fear a stigma/label, or are just too busy to get away for a few hours. Making me your house call therapist since 2012.
I can’t wait to work with you.

I highly recommend Dr. Twosisters’ professional services to my clients. She has helped many.
I’ve been seeing dr Blythe for almost 4 years. I waited for her to come to Houston so my insurance would cover her services. Now I don’t have insurance and I pay OOP because it is full worth it. She is nonjudgmental and can relate to many different lifestyles. Most importantly, she has always said she will never give up o. Me, and she never has. I’m so grateful she took me on as her patient because she was instrumental in my journey to my freedom. Thank you dr Blythe… for being there… for showing up raw and real and being honest when you’re having your own stuff going on and saying “hey I’m here as much as I can be today” when you can’t be 100%. Also, for believing in me when I had nothing to believe in.
Dr. Blythe is empathetic, loving, and wise. She offers real connection and guidance! I love her!
Dr. Twosisters is one of the most compassionate and knowledgable clinicians you can find anywhere. Thank you for being an amazing therapist and an amazing human.
I don’t even know if I can properly articulate how much Dr. Blythe has impacted my world, my soul. There are so many moments that she held my spirit and guided me out of the darkness that seemed to envelope me. But I’ll share the most impactful and important to me. I had an unplanned pregnancy and for someone who never thought they would have children, this shook me to my core. I chose to embrace it, but that didn’t make it easy or me feel anywhere ready. I felt like I had fallen out of touch with the life I thought I was going to live. I felt rocked, like my foundation was cracking and caving in on me. When most only would ask about my excitement or downplay the emotions and even the sickness I was experiencing, Dr. Blythe held space for me to show up authentically. She created a safe haven for me to be vulnerable, scared, mad, confused, or any other emotion that most wouldn’t recognize as part of the ‘growing life inside you’ process. She helped me with essential oils for my anxiety which without I don’t know what’s my mental state would of been like. She helped me find a doula. She talked me down into a more peaceful place. Ultimately, she saved me. Not from harming myself or my baby. But she saved my spirit. She helped me be able to get through my days. And that made all the difference. As the end of my pregnancy neared I felt capable and ready for the adventure of being a Mom. I can not say enough about Dr. Blythe and the admiration I have for her and how she gives her whole heart into her work. She’s a blessing to anyone that gets to work with her. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate you so very much. 🙇💞💜
Dr. Blythe opened a new way of thinking and honoring my skills, craft, uniqueness that has allowed me to: physically enjoy my body and attain health and vigor, pursue art, let me personality shine through, and experience great joy in myself and others. It’s like she lit a fire under my ho hum existence and blew me up in a good way. She’s real and lives in the real world with the rest of us. Speaks truth. Encourages. I’m a happier healthier badass chick with her tutelage.
Sooooo, I had the distinct experience to have my first panic attack ever with Dr. Blythe that was in a real life situation that was about joy and release. I have always considered myself, as have others, to be the Rock of Gibraltor, so this was most unexpected and very scary as it all transformed. My friend, Dr. Blythe stepped right over and knew exactly what was up and immediately facilitated her love and expertise at that moment in time. I am not a patient of dear, Blyth…
Dr. Blythe is a fantastic listener who can help you critically evaluate your situation and find alternative ways to get through it. She is a wealth of information for herbal or essential oils healing, and she is a bad ass teacher! Every moment spent learning from Blythe has made my life better!
